Building circles that fortify girls and women with the support and guidance to be brave and bold from the inside out

Circle Academy is a non-profit organization that supports young girls and women by providing a safe space to gain a sisterhood that is unified in empowerment and development and creates the future women leaders of tomorrow.

We strive to help them develop valuable life skills that aren’t just seen but felt.

We exist to restore confidence through strategic partnerships and innovative programs and workshops centered on fostering holistic development, inclusivity, connection, and personal growth.

These initiatives bridge gaps, enhance opportunities and create lasting positive change for personal growth and equitable advancement.

The HERizon Initiative is a bold career and leadership development program for women and girls ages 17 and up who are preparing to enter the workforce, pivoting toward a more meaningful career, or reimagining their leadership journey at any stage.

Participants engage in career training, one-on-one mentorship, and immersive workshops focused on building clarity, confidence, and purpose.

We partner with organizations and leaders who represent diverse industries to connect participants with real-world exposure and opportunity.

HERizon also supports women in addressing and overcoming the personal, generational, and structural barriers that often hold them back—so they can rise fully and lead boldly.

Because leadership doesn’t have a timeline—it just needs a pathway forward.

The Circle Pathway Initiative is a multi-year mentorship and enrichment program for first-generation college-bound girls, beginning in 9th grade through their first year of college.

Centered on Personal Growth, Achievement, Values, and Empowerment, this program equips students with essential life skills, academic support, exposure and mentorship to thrive in high school, college, and beyond.

Through exposure, community, and consistent guidance, participants build confidence, develop leadership, and pursue their goals with clarity and purpose.

The Circle Pathway Initiative

"DeKalb County School District partnered with The Circle Academy for a six-week curriculum-based group with 12 young ladies ranging from 15 to 18 years old. It's a challenge to find creative ways to engage our teens, but these facilitators were knowledgeable, relatable, and easily able to connect with the youth. If you desire a program with an age-level career and job readiness curriculum, Circle Academy is an excellent resource! "
